The experts discussed the key features in the preparation of the application for joint cluster projects of industrial cluster participants at the webinar of the ACTP RF and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation
The Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZS of Russia, together with the Department of Regional Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, held a methodological webinar on the topic "Peculiarities of forming an application for participation in the selection of joint projects of industrial clusters". More than 250 listeners took part in it.
The speakers at the webinar were: Ivan Kulikov, Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Leonid Danilov, Deputy Director of the Department, Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia, and Evgeny Kravchenko, Deputy Director for Design and Analytical Work of the Association.
Ivan Kulikov, Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, welcomed the participants of the webinar.
"The Ministry of Industry and Trade sees an active interest of industrial enterprises in receiving subsidies for the purchase of starter batches and has decided to hold a competitive selection under RFP No. 41 in the 1st quarter of 2024," Ivan Kulikov said.
During the webinar, Leonid Danilov, Deputy Director of the Department, made a report on the mechanism of work of the PPRF No. 41. As part of the report, he spoke about the support provided by the Ministry for the purchase of starting batches of industrial cluster products. Evgeny Kravchenko, Deputy Director for Design and Analytical Work of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia, spoke in detail about the practical aspects of the work in preparing the application of the RFP No. 41 and answered the questions of the webinar participants.
Mikhail Labudin, Director of the ACTP RF stressed the importance of the explanatory webinar, in which experts talked about the specifics of forming an application for participation in the competition and answered the questions of the webinar participants on how to prepare a high-quality package of documents.
"I urge specialized organizations of industrial clusters to pay attention to the level of preparation of documents by your participants of industrial clusters. I ask business representatives to take into account all the details described by the experts of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia when preparing documents," Mikhail Labudin added.
