Vladimir Putin noted the benefits of technology clusters as a business support measure

On March 16 Vladimir Putin took part in congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
During the speech the president spoke about many aspects of business and industry development. In particular, he drew the attention of businessmen to the idea of the Government to create technology clusters and asked the Cabinet of Ministers to implement it faster.
“Now you know about the government's initiative to create these technology clusters. This is also one of the opportunities that will create additional business options. Well, except for the already well-known and working industrial mortgage,” said Putin.
President noted that there would be additional benefits.
“It is necessary for the government to work hard on this, make a final decision and quickly introduce these mechanisms into practice. They are in demand and, I am sure, will bring good benefits to the industry,” Putin concluded.
