Representatives of 27 countries will discuss SEZ development issues in Dubna
On October 3 and 4, the second international forum of special economic zones - 2024 will be held in Dubna near Moscow. The event is organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia, the Government of the Moscow Region, and the Dubna Special Economic Zone. More than 400 guests from 27 countries are scheduled to participate in the event.
"This time we expect representatives from more than 25 countries, who will come to see how developed special economic zones are in the Russian Federation, how cooperation chains are built in the country. Within the framework of this forum we want to offer foreign investors to see how open the Russian community is to the realization of foreign investment projects. Single Window" service will be launched, where we will offer foreign investors to go from registration of a legal entity to its inclusion as a resident of this or that special economic zone right on the forum site", - said Mikhail Labudin, organizer - Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia.
SEZ "Dubna" will host participants from BRICS and ASEAN countries. The forum will include business meetings and negotiations with Russian and foreign investors to create strong business ties and realize investment projects. Dialogues between representatives of business and government agencies will also be organized to discuss the prospects for the development of domestic special economic zones.

One of the proofs of the results of this work is the business infrastructure created in the Moscow region. Dubna SEZ is one of the largest industrial sites in Russia. Special attention will be paid to discussing the implementation of sustainable development principles in the activities of infrastructure sites. Demonstration of Russian business opportunities, industrial infrastructure and preferential regimes will also form an important part of the event's program.
