ACTP RF has released an English version of the publication «Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator 2020»
The Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZ of Russia, with support from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, has released an English version of the publication “Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator 2020”.
Currently, "Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator" is the only publication in the country that describes in detail the conditions for doing business, understandable to each and every foreign investor.
The purpose of the publication is to define the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) as a platform for implementation of investment projects with minimum costs and maximum efficiency.
The advantage of the new edition of the Business Navigator is that it contains absolutely all SEZ of Russia: both stably functioning and recently created.
The uniqueness of the “Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator” lies in the fact that it is both a guide for Russian and foreign investors and a key analytical document in assessing the effectiveness of tax, customs and other preferences for residents of Special Economic Zones.
Andrey Shpilenko, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZ of Russia highlights: “Special Economic Zones remain one of the most effective and comprehensive tools for implementing the state investment policy. The publication "Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator" has been published annually on the official websites of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Trade Missions of Russia abroad and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation since 2017.
