Ecological Dictation took place in Omsk State Agrarian University
November 15, the Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster) hosted an educational campaign 'Ecological Dictation'. Similar actions took place on five sites of the city. It was organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Omsk region, the Omsk Branch of the International Academy of Ecology, Human and Nature Safety (MANEB).
The Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Omsk region, Ilya Lobov, delivered a welcoming speech at the educational event:
"Your presence suggests that today the trend to improve the environmental situation among young people really exists. I really hope that you will put into practice the knowledge that will be acquired at the university, and you will save your ecological impulse for life and will be able to apply it in your professional activities."
Dictation allows to assess the level of environmental literacy of the population, their knowledge of the environment and draws attention to ecology as a science that is important in the study of the surrounding world.
